I should probably give a status update here. @ebolyen and I did some sleuthing. This line of code is causing silly things to happen if there are 20+ elements in the collection https://github.com/qiime2/qiime2/blob/dev/qiime2/core/type/grammar.py#L603-L606. Resolving may be non-trivial. |
