Bugfixes and features

• Scrolling by clicking in the manga reader. This works forwards and backwards by sectioning the screen in 1/3 for backwards and 2/3 for forwards scrolling.
• Orientation of the manga reader is now toggleable directly in the reader.
• Optional automatic bookmark updates when changing the chapter/episode.
• Widgets for the news and the anime schedule.
• Automatically scroll to the first unread message in private chat.
• BBCode in private and public chat (only text modifying ones like [b] and [center]).
• Fixes for various styling issues and crashes.
