The orders of entries in XML Catalog matters, especially for the rewriting entries.
Add new entries: add support for nextcatalog and rewriteUri entries Catalog displayed tree: fix (mostly implement) possibility to Edit and Delete entries for UriEntry, NextCatalog and RewriteUri entries. Requires recent Xml Catalog changes: e780028665d4c7ff6760c177083ebc510d23cb63
