_tl;dr Workaround to prevent slow EndBlockers from blocking RPC queries_ Temporarily use Pocket's fork of CometBFT as a hacky workaround related to mutexes. Ref: pokt-network/cometbft#2 Next steps: pokt-network/cometbft#3
