Adjust future updates

Add this to your .scala-steward.conf file to ignore future updates of this dependency:

updates.ignore = [ { groupId = "org.seleniumhq.selenium", artifactId = "selenium-java" } ]

Or, add this to slow down future updates of this dependency:

dependencyOverrides = [{
  pullRequest = { frequency = "@monthly" },
  dependency = { groupId = "org.seleniumhq.selenium", artifactId = "selenium-java" }
}]

Reviewed the change log for Selenium. Seems like the project was asleep for a while, and is now getting some renewed attention.

There's a HUGE amount of changes for Java alone - You can see it all here. Mostly looks like a bunch of additional features, support for new browsers, and lots of deprecations. Since tests passed, I can only assume the deprecations and new features didn't affect this. 🤷🏼
