• added explanation of table at the top, copied that from here: https://www.stitchdata.com/docs/integrations/saas/facebook-ads • added pk, also got definition for pk at above site. • changed date names from "date_start" and "date_end" to just "start" and "end" so they appear in field picker as "Start Date" rather than "Date Start Date" • added raw timeframe to start and stop dates added
