Created a Homebrew tap for macOS users, allowing them to install through Homebrew.

@pinpox It may be better for the tap to be maintained by you since it would be easier for you to keep the tap consistent with future updates. Feel free to copy/fork the tap repository at awanwar/homebrew-base16-universal-manager.

Not sure how to go about this though. I have no macOS or Homebrew to test this with and am not sure how I would go about maintaining the tap file

Fair enough. My hope is that the formula would either get pushed to homebrew/homebrew-core or get forked and maintained by someone more actively involved in the project, but I guess my tap will do for now.
