Based of original example, new version for French world clock. On 12h setting , add "PM" for afternoon Remove double call ntptime Add touch option to switch on 2 differents option to "said" time - All minutes after hour - minutes before next hour (if minutes > 30)
Fix bug when minute is 55. We need to use option H minus 5min, whatever the option of presentation. Add condition on return option approx_time_fr, to use correct structure of matrix

Remove sleep before check time, to use "Timer" and keep posibility to use the touch
