  1. config fix gen salt 

    Бывает такое что к БД меняет пароли, соответственно и соль меняется,
тогда проблема в том что пользователи не могу авторизироватся и т.д.

По хорошему возможно стоит salt хранить в config/config.php и генерировать при установке
