A functional host for OSWindow-SDL3. Requires https://github.com/pharo-graphics/PharoSDL3 to be loaded in Pharo 14 and that
OSSDL3Driveris the current. It can be done via System Settings, or via terminal if uzing zeroconf:PHARO_WINDOW_DRIVER=OSSDL3Driver ./pharo-ui Pharo.image
