UnsignedFM, formerly hosted at unsigned.fm, is crowdsourced playlist creation website - users submit songs and vote on them. The most popular (with time decay) auto-update Spotify playlists. It turned out to be a really dumb idea, as everyone just drops their songs, and never actually listens to the playlists.
