Changing tsar to Joseph Brenner-- I've been in charge of the San Francisco Perl group for some time now. My main community activity of late has been running the SF Perl Raku Study Group: https://github.com/doomvox/raku-study/ You might ask Bruce Gray (aka util) at [email protected] to vouch for me and my email address. You could also bug the former tsar, Vicki, though she hasn't been very active with SF Perl of late.
