Description of what the PR does

Updates the WTI Team Guide (.docx and .pdf) so that screenshots match the V9.10 distribution. Also adds a section on "Scoreboard" (since no such menu item existed previously), along with an example of "popup notifications" which now require dismissal.

Updates all screenshots to show "Team XX" in the header, to show the "Scoreboard" menu item, and to show the updated "copyright" dates in the footer.

(Note: I did not actually generate completely new screenshots for all cases, since several of them require (or at least, should contain) complex sets of contest data (problems, scores, etc.). Rather, I cheated: I did "screen grabs" of the missing elements (such as "Team XX" and "Copyright 2020-2024") and added them to the top of existing images. If someone can show me where this makes a difference, I'll go back and do it the long, hard way...)

Issue which the PR addresses

Partial fix for #929.

Environment in which the PR was developed (OS,IDE, Java version, etc.)

Windows 11, Chrome Version 120.0.6099.131 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Precise steps for testing the PR (i.e., how to demonstrate that it works correctly)

Read the WTI Team Guide, verify that (1) every menu item is explained, and (2) all screenshots display the appropriate data elements.

Looks good. I can tell the new screenshots because they have @clevengr 's Google login Icon in the upper right :-)

Hmmm... that wasn't intentional on my part. Do you think we should fix it? john
