test: add v4 components gallery

Summary

Adds a component gallery view to test/v4 for visual testing and prototyping Payload UI components. This provides a lightweight "storybook-lite" environment accessible at /admin/components when running pnpm dev v4.

The gallery includes:

• Two-level filtering by category (primitives, fields, patterns) and component
• Theme toggle for light/dark mode testing
• Icon variants with size, direction, and state props displayed inline
• Interactive patterns: Drawer, Modal, Toast, and Shimmer components
• Input primitives with error state variants using FieldError

Also includes various UI4 styling fixes for focus states, field labels, and component borders.
