Version 2 of the middleware has now been actively used for a long time, and has been proven stable.
It's been delayed due to the old unit tests no longer being compatible, to avoid missing out on a ton of cool features I've moved the test rewrite into issue #62
Many thanks to @stafyniaksacha who took the time and effort to rewrite the improvised v1 to something much more robust.
@stafyniaksacha I've updated the readme to remove the "this is the beta branch" line. Any updates you'd like to make before releasing to npm 馃殌
