Updated GitHub Actions workflow to use macos-14 runner exclusively. Added brew update-reset step to prevent uncommitted modifications errors during test-bot setup.
Added explicit git clean to remove untracked files like [email protected] that cause "uncommitted modifications" errors during test-bot setup.
