Failed execution of notebooks using local modules

In the last few days, I have run into an issue where notebooks that use utility scripts and/or local files as input fail during their execution. Is it the case that binderbot launches binder with notebooks only, and excludes any other files? What happens to these other files?

I think it currently only uploads notebook files. It should upload all files before executing I think.
