Horace cloning instructions

Horace depends on Herbert so you need clone both

Using the command line:

git clone https://github.com/pace-neutrons/Horace
git clone https://github.com/pace-neutrons/Herbert

Then add it to Matlab path and initialize as for user installation instructions. If you are going to use parallel Horace features, follow the instructions on installing Horace not initialized by default on Matlab start up.
