Update the fee estimate calculation to use the proper loki fee calculations; it was broken and also showing 0 for the estimated fee.
The loki wallet interface no longer supports an independent payment ID (payment IDs are now only supported as part of an integrated address).
- Make public.loki.foundation the default (instead of imaginary.stream) - Remove defunct doopool.xyz
Also removes some old (unneeded) library search paths.
