This is a minimal upgrade to Patternfly 5. Most components upgraded fine but for those that didn't the react-core/deprecated is used. Data driven forms is also upgraded to it's newest version in order to support pf5.
Update test ids and fix ddf inputs.
With changes to the input entry field ddf needs onChange to handle events as well as value changes.
