Yes: GitHub Support does not respond even after 40 days. I can’t get support from community about my issue; It’s about the repo which includes someone’s PII without agreement. How long did it take to respond when you created a ticket on GitHub? Is this general timeframe? |

I'm having the same issue. Have had a paid team account for 7-8 years.. with 15 users... and the only ticket ever raised has remained un-responded to in over 3 weeks now, despite numerous followup. I'm told gitlab has much better support, anybody to confirm that?. |

Yay, GitHub responded after 39days and fixed the issue immediately ^^ They had to redirect the issue to NPM that's why it took soo long - I think an improvement would be to give some headup to the user on the steps since waiting over a month is a heck long time. |

and meanwhile, I can't merge any pull requests because they don't trigger the necessary automated testing. |

i am still waiting for response from past 15 days ,, my worst decision was to make a Github Account since i have already suffered a lot from Github ,,,, i just Wanted to Mirror Gitlab Repos to Github and secure a Username ,,,, i just created a Account with Duck Email Addresss ,,, Gitlab & other social media sites accepted that account but github banned my account after some days ,,, i opened a Ticket to explain from my side but no response. My Experience on Github has Become Bad to Worst. i have only used 2 Git Repo Hosting Platforms , One is Github & Another is Gitlab ,,,, And Gitlab is 100X More Better than This Platform in Every Aspects. This Platform is Just Overrated & Over Crowded.... my Ticket id : #2702944 |

Gotta love when GitHub is double-billing your credit card and you don't get a support answer for weeks at a time. I don't want to charge-back GitHub... I like them, but what recourse do you have?? Ticket #2555893 I've been on GitHub from the inception - between this and the way they've decided to roll out/decomission certain features (see: projects) and how their teams basically just blame each other and say "ask them" whenever the community is upset about it... definitely considering GitLab, even though I hate their UI. CC: @ashtom @shainbal @epemmerl @kdaigle I noticed their leadership does not include a "Chief Customer Officer" - surprise. |

Over a month waiting... A mess over setting my account as Enterprise or Organisation that now stops me from changing settings. Now we have part of the CD/CI hanging there waiting, waiting, waiting and we having to do things manually thanks to that... Original post here is from almost 3 years ago. Not a good sign Github. Doesn't feel like you as a company did anything about it. |

6 days here, the copilot subscription that i've paid for a year 3 months ago has somehow ended and nobody is there to fix the issue. This isn't a bug or a hard to solve problem, it looks like the support mechanism in here does not work as it should |

This looks like an older thread, but I'm currently experiencing the same problem. My ticket has been sitting for 9 days. My account was "flagged" out of nowhere and now I cannot collaborate with colleagues. I'd like to resolve this and know what I did to avoid this in the future but can't do much when I'm staring at a brick wall. I guess I shouldn't complain if there are wait times of 40 days. |
