Due to official documentation, the OpsGenie CloudFormation has missing resources here.

We'll try to use Opsgenie's CloudFormation resources to create L1 CDK constructs. We need to manage OpsGenie resources via IaC and there is missing resources. I'll try to develop and contribute all of them here.
