In this repository, we do have radicale2, so OpenWrt community should switch to use that version. This version (= 1.x.x) is really old, no longer developed and there are newer versions, which can be used e.g. version 2.x.x, in this repo as radicale2 or there is also version 3.x.x, which is not packaged for OpenWrt so far.
