Update to version 0.13.0 that provides compatibility with cmake 4.0. (new cmake version require at least cmake 3.5 requirement declared in CMakeLists.txt) * remove the temporary patch for CMakeLists.txt Signed-off-by: Hannu Nyman <[email protected]>
