libelektra [1] was archived on 16th February 2025. The latest release was in 2023. In openwrt#24775 (comment) it was suggested to drop this package. So, lets drop it [1] https://github.com/ElektraInitiative/libelektra Signed-off-by: Josef Schlehofer <[email protected]>
