NOTE: These changes were developed using lucene 10.3.2. Lucene was recently upgraded to 10.4.0: opensearch-project/OpenSearch#20735 which is causing all the CIs to fail. Will rebase this PR once changes are made to k-NN to make it compatible with lucene 10.4.0.
Description
This change enables the use of the
graph_onlyparameter for remote build requests, for the binary quantization case. See this corresponding RVIB PR: opensearch-project/remote-vector-index-builder#127More details to come, TBD.
