This tiny and purely aesthetic PR adds name: Draft PDF to the suggested-usage YML in README, so that it doesn't show as a lengthy .github/workflows/draft-pdf.yml under the Actions panel.

Thank you, all good ideas. There seems to be a merge conflict which must be resolved before we can merge.

Hi!

  • The merge conflict was probably showing up because of ambiguity about which instructions from PR#22 or PR#23 should be first as they start from the same line of openjournals:master's README.
  • I created 3 PRs just in case you didn't like some of my ideas.
  • Since all look good, I merged PR#22 or PR#23 into this one, putting PDF committing instructions first. It shouldn't show merge conflict now.
