v5.0

  • v5.0.0rc13 release short-lived due to configure issues.
    • Without prrte config issue and rpm build issue. Both fixed upstream, but no local fix. We patched OMPI that will address the issue during configure, and we'll remove the patch when we update submodule pointers to new prrte releases.
  • We'll need testing from community and pacackagers when new rc is cut.

main

  • Starting to work on ABI and BigCount, need community help and input.
  • The preliminary plan is to support both Open MPI ABI and Forum ABI
