build: use script_dir instead of script-dir #110

There was a build warning that script-dir is deprecated and script_dir should be used instead. I assume the same applies to install-_scripts, so change that as well.

Description
script-dirandinstall-scriptsare deprecated, one should usescript_dir/install_scriptsnow.Changing this silences a warning and will probably make the package more future-proof.
How I Tested
Build the package with colcon and ran a demo script to test.
