This PR migrates MikroORM to the newest.
Between the used version and the current one, API changed quite a lot, which results in issue with using newer MikroORM versions.
As the target it should be migrated to use
peerDependenciesto use user's package, but it requires a bit more of work (and testing it with multiple versions as perfect solution) but I will try to work on it later.
