Hi there, first of all thanks for this great library, I really like it 馃帀

I have a question about mikro-orm dependencies, just wondered why they're listed in dependencies list while knex, typeorm etc are listed in dev dependencies

this will probably help with peer dependency problems i'm having with terminus as it's using a different mikro orm version. hope this gets merged
