Improves handling of OPTIONS by setting "Access-Control-Allow-Headers" header based on the value in "Access-Control-Request-Method" header to the list of headers that a request accepts. Also sets "Accept-Post" and "Accept-Patch" headers to the list of content types that POST and PATCH requests accept.
If a response contains headers, sets "Access-Control-Expose-Headers" to the list of headers contained within the response.
It is possible to put these changes behind another feature in the config.
