Add a project-level Claude Code skill for reviewing PRs and commits, covering correctness, bugs, performance, security, architecture, tests, and maintainability with o-spreadsheet-specific checks.

• new/updated/removed commands are documented
• exportable in excel

• unit tested

• track breaking changes
• doc is rebuild (npm run doc)
• status is correct in Odoo
