Add a regression test for a batch RPC server shutting down while an initialized dune monitor client has long-poll requests in flight. The test waits until the monitor is connected before releasing the build, so it exercises the stuck batch-server case. Signed-off-by: Rudi Grinberg <me@rgrinberg.com>
