Made the following changes:

  • Upgraded dev environment to latest levels
  • Updated venv and install targets in Makefile to use poetry
  • Updated Python packages to latest levels
  • Added FLASK_APP environment variable to GitHub Action
  • Updated enumeration code to not use getattr()
  • Added json data format to lab requirements
  • Added missing docstring on status.py
  • Updated poetry.lock file
  • Added retry logic to database connection
