Will handle these in an upcoming PR. Added todos in code.

add support for all sqs configs
support different ways to authenticate
handle user provided timeout better to support milliseconds. Testing with operation_attempt_timeout did not yield expected results.

We do not have to support all features, just support top 2 and we can add as more asks come up.
