Table of supported project types and level of support

The Readme describes this SDK as if the only thing it helps is multi-targeting, but it seems the other main purpose is to add support for project types like WPF. I have used it solely for that purpose so far.

Please could you add a table to the Readme that covers the project types that are enabled (or not) by this SDK, e.g.
