Note that I'm unable to SSH into this machine.

I tried to SSH but no luck. The port is open, but the connection just closes immediately. Even with the verbose option, no more information is shown. I reopened the ticket SERVICE-179202. It seems like they can connect from the previous discussion. Maybe it's a firewall issue? 🤔

Let's wait for support.

I requested to wipe the machine and support has some issues with the pyshical machine, to they will provide a replacement without any additional cost.

Sat update: The machine is accessible, so I will continue with the provision

Once the machine is available Next steps

  • Disable the machine manually in Jenkins
  • Re-ansible
  • Manual steps
  • Enable in Jenkins
  • Run the pipeline in isolation to ensure that all is working as expected

I am not sure but seems like there is something weird with Python after the Macos11 installation.

While trying with homebrew I got this error:

But actually running the command via SSH is working:

Even after the manual patching, the playbook got stuck at the same point, I tried to upgrade the version, use homebrew to replace the local python version, etc.. but I didn't found a way to solve it. Any ideas? 🙏

Note: I reverted all the changes that I did while exploring alternatives ways...

We could try to setup venv like I did with #3560 and #3678
