This branch is specifically there so that we can disable Caviar's nifty rewriting features and run Caviar on "normal" eqsat. We should expect the results to be worse, but the eggsplanations that the newer version of
egghas on this branch will be a good approximation for what rules are useful, and eventually, what rules are unsound.
