          Could also be done with a beforeScript (or similar) in the modules.conf

This is overkill for ncbigenomedownload, we should look for a better alternative.

I failed. I cannot use beforeScript to make the ascension IDs (values) into a text file (paths). Before running NCBIGENOMEDOWNLOAD. Not sure if this is possible
