fprime-community/fprime-bootstrap#14 switches
fprime-bootstrapto the preferred./lib/fprime/structure (fprimesubmodule is withinlib/folder rather than at top level of project).This PR adapts the bootstrap test so that it functions correctly with regards to the above change.
