Documented here: https://docs.pytest.org/en/8.0.x/reference/customize.html#pyproject-toml, and we have pytest>6.0.0 so LGTM!

This PR aims to migrate the pytest markers from the
pytest.inifile topyproject.tomlRationale
This allows for a more minimal project structure.
Testing/Review Recommendations
A simple way to verify if
pytestrecognises the markers from thepyproject.tomlfile is to runpytest --markers.
