SquareLine Board PlatformIO PlugIns v1.0.0

This first release supports a VScode/PlatformIO plugin with configuration of the lovyanGFX TFT device driver for the following boards:

• LilyGo T-Deck (320x240)
• LilyGo T-Watch S3 (240x240)
• Heltec Wireless Tracker (160x80)
• WT32-SC01 Plus (480x320)

Note:
You should enable the PlatformIO Serial Monitor when connecting a device with touchscreen otherwise the GUI may feel sluggish.
