17838: Persist general properties of a TremoloBar

Resolves: #17838

Persists a tremolo bar's general properties to the MSCZ file such as Offset, Color, Visible, Auto-place among others. Does not persist Min. distance but this property seems to not have an effect on a Tremolo Bar at all.
