Update the "versions.html" page

Description

I have updated the Versions page by modifying the headline and reorganizing the version table.

Hey @Soumyadipgithub, actually we already planned to modify the versions page by adding the descriptions column to the existing table. You can get the description of the versions from here.

Also, we don't need to center align the table as we will add more columns to the table later.

Hello @multiverseweb I’ve made changes to what you said. I added margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; in the CSS file so that if you add more columns to the table later, it will adjust automatically. Alternatively, we can manually adjust it by setting specific values. Please review it.
