I build AI agents that run local search visibility end to end. That is the core of my work, and it is what AI-powered local SEO looks like once the manual checklist is gone.
Google Business Profile, Maps rankings, on-page work, and AI answer visibility usually sit as four separate jobs, each handled by hand on a monthly cycle. I turn them into one system that audits itself, ships the fixes, and reports what changed.
From that base I automate the rest of the growth stack, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and client reporting, and I mentor marketers and agency owners building their own agent stack.
Nothing here is theoretical. Every system runs on my own SEO, Ads, and client operations before it reaches a client, and I publish the build as it happens. The journey is the proof, not the pitch.

writing_at: mshahid.comAgentic local SEO (my core work)
- AI agents that own a full local SEO loop: audit, diagnose, ship, measure, repeat
- Google Business Profile and Maps visibility handled as an automated pipeline, not a monthly manual task
- Local keyword research, topical maps, on-page, schema, and internal linking run as agent steps
- AI search visibility for local businesses, AEO and GEO work so they get cited by ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and AI Overviews
- Manual local SEO checklists converted into callable skills and sub-agents a whole team can use
Agentic AI and the wider agent stack
- Multi-agent systems built with Claude Code, the Claude Agent SDK, and MCP servers, wired into real marketing APIs
- Agents that carry work across research, build, publish, and reporting without a human relay in the middle
- Google Ads campaign builds, negative keyword governance, bid rules, ad copy refresh
- Meta Ads campaign structure, creative iteration, and ad library research before any spend
- Reporting GSC, GA4, Bing, and Clarity pulled into one client-ready report with no manual copy paste
Building and teaching
- Vibe coding and vibe engineering shipping production websites and internal tools by specifying the outcome and letting agents handle execution
- Agentic AI mentorships walking marketers, agency owners, and freelancers through building their own agent stack, live

| Marketing agencies | Manual audits, manual reporting, and delivery that does not scale past a few clients |
| Freelancers and solo SEOs | Spreadsheet-driven work that caps how many clients one person can carry |

If you run a local business and the phone is quieter than the traffic suggests, that gap is usually a system problem, not an effort problem. That is most of what I cover.
