Update tutorial, change default smoothing parameters in msibi.Force classes.

This PR rerenders the jupyter notebook tutorial, and adds a section about MSIBI parameters. This also changes the default parameters used in smoothing (window size, order, and correction fit window) to more sensible values for harmonic and LJ like curves.
