PLEASE USE PYTHON 3.11 (Python 3.12 is not supported as distutils has been murdered in 3.12 and packages used uses distutils).

Comments are all written in .py files because I am too lazy to figure out how to use Markdown.

I suggest you read ParadeState.py first to understand how the bot works, followed by the other files.

The stuff that might break:

1. Spreadsheet ID
