disable my header size "feature" which caused a regression in v5 and v6 (will be fixed and re-enabled in a future version)
strip MH_DYLIB_IN_CACHE which was causing lldb crashes, thank you cgudrian for pointing this out

note: does not add Sonoma support; most binaries from the 14.0 beta will not extract correctly due to changes in the cache format (will be addressed in a future version)
