359 add api example notebook for interactionvalues

Motivation and Context

With the InteractionValues being a central part of the shapiq library, an explanatory notebook containing the main functionalities is required. This was already stated in #359.
This PR attempts to create a short yet thorough.

As it only adds a .ipynb, testing was reduced to locally running and checking the behaviour.
